Christmas at Western House

There was a very special visitor to Western House on Friday 18th December as Santa Claus dropped in to see everyone at Western House. Many families were welcomed to the Niamh Louise Foundation as Santa made his appearance.  On the evening tea, coffee and mince pies were served and all the children got a chance to meet with Santa and all received a gift! A great night was had by all and hopefully Santa will be back next year!

Following Santa’s visit, members of the local community were invited to attend a Christmas lunch (funded by DSD through Neighbourhood Renewal) on Tuesday 22nd December. Following a ‘Food Safety’ talk given by Marion Magee from the SHSCT, locals were treated to a beautiful 3 course meal served by Majella and her staff from Café Fresh.

Thanks should also be extended to Donna Haughian (SHSCT Health Coordinator for Neighbourhood Renewal) for her continued support.
