What is it?

Mental Health First Aid is a 12 hour evidence based training programme which originated in Australia and has been adapted for use in Northern Ireland by the Public Health Agency.

Mental Health First Aid is a useful tool for those working with people in a community/voluntary of statutory setting as well as a resource for everyday life.

Cost to participants is only £25.00
