As the Niamh Louise Foundation receives no government funding, we rely heavily on fundraising events. A highly successful charity leg wax took place in McAleers Bar, Dungannon, on Friday 15th March to help the charity sustain its necessary services within the local area.
We would like to thank all the brave men who took part in the event, and for the generosity of everyone who sponsored them, bought raffle tickets, and gave donations on the night. A massive £1401.35 was raised on the night as well as a lot of positive awareness of the charity.
We would also like to thank
- Aruna Nugent from Aruna’s Beauty Room, Cookstown, who gave up her time to do the waxing on the night
- McAleers Bar, who were extremely accommodating,
- RED@Tom Morrow’s,
- Beauty Secrets, Dungannon,
- and McAleers Bar, who donated raffle prizes.
Also a massive thanks to all those who attended our pub quiz in Mulligans Bar, Cookstown, on 7th March, which raised £150.00.
