On 8th May 2013, members of staff, committee, and youth of the Niamh Louise Foundation paid a visit to Stormont to take part in a workshop on the running of the Northern Ireland Assembly. The day was facilitated by Stephanie Mallon, Community Outreach Worker in the Assembly, and involved learning first hand about the functions of the Assembly and the roles everyone plays, as well as a tour of the building.

It was thoroughly enjoyed by all those who attended and a lot of knowledge was gained on the work of our local MLAs and the help that they can provide in the fight against suicide.
