Support from The Irish Youth Foundation for local charity

The Niamh Louise Foundation is pleased to announce that they have been successful in receiving grant assistance from the Irish youth Foundation (UK) Limited for project work with vulnerable young people.

The £5000 will be used to employ a part mentor/befriender who deal with youth interventions when some-one presents in need of help. This role will also be essential in helping to raise awareness through schools, sporting organisations etc on a range of services available in the intervention, prevention and postvention of suicide and self harm. The charity would like to thank the trustees of the Irish Youth Foundation for their support.
